ContractIQ is a contract negotiation management platform. "You" refers to users and visitors.
What we collect

- Content you submit — proposals, counter language, session notes, uploaded documents.
- Usage data — features accessed, login times, actions taken.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
- Communications — if you contact us.
How we use your data
- To provide and operate the platform.
- To send transactional notifications.
- To process payments.
- To provide AI-powered features (relevant data sent to Anthropic).
- To detect fraud and security incidents.
- To improve the platform.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

- Cloud infrastructure — hosting and storage.
- AI model provider — Anthropic (AI features).
- Payment processor — Stripe (billing).
- Email delivery — transactional notifications.

Data retention
Data retained while account is active. 90-day export window after termination. Earlier deletion available on request.
